The NHS has issued a number of surveys to Randomly selected patients through the post asking for patients’ views on access to medical services at this practice, and in particular, your access to appointment booking and staff on the telephone.
The practice would like to improve response rates and positive and constructive feedback if this reflects your experience.

GPOS National GP SURVEY, 418 GPOS surveys were sent out to our patients 56 responded to this and 13% completed the survey; based on the poor uptake we decided to do an in-house patient survey please see attached results. We will soon be publishing an action plan after the PPG forum has discussed this.
